Take or make the path

No conformity, thats our generations only deformity,
Gone are the days where we follow the rules without questioning,
We aren't changing the rules, we're making up new rules instead
The old ones weren't working and we won't be slaves to the system anymore!

No respect is what they say to us, but we mean no disrespect honestly,
We're simply questioning the reasoning, logic and concepts
Behind obsolete mechanisms and outdated models of programmed happiness
Followed without question which makes noone happy at all.

Learn how to live, earn your pay, find someone to love and then make some kids!
There's more to life than being a robot trained to follow the system,
Who defines the system and ensures we follow it but us?
We always have a choice, is your life to live so raise your voice.

Unless you raise your voice you will be controlled and forced to obey,
Lead a life without question and walk down the path that so many have chose.
In the end are you living your life the way you wanted?
Or are you living a story that's written and acted a million times before?

No matter how bad things look you always have a choice, remember that.
A choice to choose your path and be happy,
Or live a life that everyone else expects and make them happy.
It's a choice you have to make, its you who decides which pill to take.

Be happy with what you're given and live to make the world happy,
Or carve out your own path and decides what makes you happy.
There never was and never will be a right or wrong life choice,
Right and wrong are always relative and will never be definitive
